    Our white village that you simply can not miss when you are at the Costa del Sol.

    Located high against the mountain, you will always see Mijas, regardless whether you are in Fuengirola or just passing by on the coastal road between Málaga and Marbella.

    Mijas is famous for its white and blue houses in narrow streets, romantic restaurants, their "burro" taxi (donkey taxi), the numerous souvenir shops and its great views over the Costa del Sol.

    Located at 450 m2 above sea level will give you a wide view over Fuengirola, the Mediterranean sea and by good weather you will also see the mountains of Morocco and Gibraltar.

    Because of its museums. Mijas owns its own Plaza de toros, has a museum of the preparation of olive oil, Mijas museum of miniatures, bull fighting museum, Enoteca Museo del Vino, Museo Historico Etnologico de Mijas and so on and so on.
